FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to methods and devices for instrumental investigation, carried out on organism tissues. Created are dosed in level and duration steps of compression pressure, at which from total volume change of tissues excluded is contribution of volume changes of tissue structures, in which pressure is respectively lower than the level of compression pressure. At each step registered are changes of pressure, reflecting volume changes, said changes of pressure are used to calculate spectral characteristics, and comparative relationships of characterising them amplitude-frequency parametres, corresponding to different levels of compression pressure, are presented. For this purpose used is device, which includes first pressure converter and first unit of pressure generation, connected via unit of electric signal transformation with unit of control, registration, processing and presentation of information and pneumatically connected with compression-volumetric converter and made with possibility to imitate volume changes of tissues imitator of volume changes of tissue state, connected via unit of electric signal transformation with unit of control, registration, processing and presentation of information, and consisting of pneumatically connected second pressure converter, second unit of pressure generation and pressure-volume converter.
EFFECT: invention extends range of means for carrying out functional tests with tissue compression.
