FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and medical equipment. Arterial pressure is measured by means of compressive-decompressive pressure measurement in cuff which envelopes shoulder. In decompressive period mechanical impact of respiratory movements of chest on shoulder cuff are included or excluded. Manifestation in spectrum of oscilometric signal of constituents, responsible for pulsing blood filling of vessels and respiratory waves is calculated and analised. Peaks, frequencies of maximums in which belong to ranges of frequencies of heart beat and respiration, and which prevailingly have harmonics on respective frequencies are pointed out. Frequencies of pointed out peaks, which are results of measurement of heart beat frequency and respiration frequency, are determined. By structure of oscilimetric signal spectrum responsible for respiration manifestation mechanisms are characterised as superposition of action of independent constituents. Peaks, corresponding to modulating action of respiratory waves on pulsing blood filling, direct mechanic action of external respiratory movements of chest on cuff, are pointed out. For this purpose used is device, which contains pneumatically connected with cuff and connected to each other unit of arterial pressure measurement and system of obtaining spectrum of oscilimetric signal. It also additionally contains fixing belt, which ensures enveloping chest arm with put on it shoulder cuff.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of measurement results, which is obtained due to control of signal pick-off.
