FIELD: medicine; cardiology and neurology.

SUBSTANCE: patient's electrocardiogram (ECG) is recorded under bicycle ergometre load, and analysed creating mathematical model. Variability is assessed in period of reducing cardiointervals (CI) duration by deviations modulus from the plotted best trend, and quadratic mean deviation (sigma) from the trend in period of stabilisation CI duration. In CI variability segment, deviations trend is modeled by linear regression, the line indicates entering moment value of deviations modulus into three sigma's interval in stabilisation segment. CI duration of entering moment characterises point of heart rate elusion from vegetative control, and defines tolerance to physical exercise. CI duration in the point of elusion 0.487-0.413 seconds is considered as satisfactory, less than 0.487 as poor, and more than 0.413 as good tolerance to physical exercise.

EFFECT: method widens tools assortment for determination of tolerance to physical exercise.
