FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to psychophysiology, and can be used for determining suitability of sportsmen for going in for hockey. Sportsmen are tested by means of special device of psychophysiological testing DPPT-1/30-"Psychophysiolog" with evaluation of complex visual-motor response by showing series of 110 light stimuli with random distribution of green and red colour. First 5 signals consist of 3 red and 2 green signals and are training. After that shown are three groups of signals, consisting of 20 red and 15 green signals. In first group red signal is switched off by button "NO", green one - by button "YES", each following signal is shown 3-5 seconds after response. In second group, on the contrary red signal is switched off by button "YES", green one - by button "NO", each following signal is shown 3-5 seconds after response. In third group signal of green colour is passed, red signal is switched off by button "YES", green signal exposure is 2 s, after red signal following signal is shown after 3-5 s. Device measures time of response to each stimulus and number of erroneous actions, with determination of parametres: average response time of excitation and inhibition, mobility of nervous processes and number of mistakes made on processes of excitation and inhibition. If average response time of excitation processes is 432.64-478.16 ms, average response time of inhibition processes is 391.52-429.54 ms, nervous processes mobility is 466.12-510.64 ms, number of mistakes made on process of excitation is 1.09-1.69, number of mistakes made on process of inhibition is 0.46-0.98, sportsmen is recommended to take up hockey.
EFFECT: method allows to estimate and select sportsmen for going in for hockey quickly, accurately and objectively.
