FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for collection and removal of surgical "junk" from abdominal cavity in laparoscopic operations. Endotray represents unfolding open bag-pouch with belt for its tightening. Lateral walls of bag-pouch are made double-layered and have longitudinal mesh partitions of equal width between layers. Layers have possibility to move with respect to each other and form cavity. In butt part of bag from the side where belt goes out cavity is connected with elastic tube. Tube is taken out through hollow elastic tube and ends with connecting pipe with tap with possibility of connection with compressor and aspirator. Working surface of bag is fully covered with layer of white colour fabric. Bag bottom is made as taking flat form when lateral walls are inflated and has two holes. One of the holes is in geometrical centre of plane and is simultaneously open end of elastic tube. Free end of tube is taken out through hollow elastic tube and ensures depressurisation of endocavity and introduction of washer in it. The other hole is located in butt part of endotray and is simultaneously open end of elastic tube. Free end of elastic tube is taken outside through hollow elastic tube and ends with connecting pipe. Connecting pipe provides connection with aspirator. Elastic tubes are located inside bottom and walls in direction towards butt part of endotray and free belt ends.

EFFECT: prevention of peritoneal commisures due to automatic collection and removal from abdominal cavity of all surgical "junk".
