FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: abdominal wall is cut along the alvus middle line till fascia. The fascia and abdominal membrane are perforated. Two catheters are inserted into the lowest and uppermost parts of the abdominal cavity. Body shall have inclined position when solution is administered. It is administered through both the catheters up to commencement of solution excretion from the upper catheter. The body position shall be changed to the opposite inclined position up to complete excretion of the solution. The process of solution movement inside the abdominal cavity is estimated according to the gas bubbles appearance. The solution shall appear in all the cavity parts through spatial changing of the patient's body position.
EFFECT: irrigation of all parts of abdominal cavity.
