FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to endoscopic surgical instruments and can be used for creation in soft tissues of operation field in form of transparent gas cavity. Endoscopic probe consists of element with changeable configuration, catheter, control handle with movable and immovable parts and fixer of relative position of control handle parts. Inside element with changeable configuration detector and source of radiation are located. Inside catheter and element of changeable configuration metallised monofilament is passed. Element with changeable configuration is made in form of hollow elastic elongated spheroid from transparent for visible and infrared spectrums of material irradiation or in the form of hollow body of revolution, or in form of hollow prism with bases in form of n-gons. Spheroid has truncated poles and meridional cuts. One of spheroid poles is hollow and is fixed with fixation ring to the butt end of flexible catheter. Opposite pole is tightly closed with tip in form of truncated conic body. Meridional cuts pass from fixation ring to tip base. Edges of cuts are made rounded with contrasting colour colouring. One of monofilament ends is fixed to the centre of tip base, the other is passed inside flexible hollow catheter and is fixed on movable part of control handle.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention will make it possible to increase accuracy and efficiency of endoscopic surgical manipulations in the depth of soft tissues.
