FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. First, sonographic, visual and tactile examination of the lower uterine segment is performed before laparotomy. Selecting a section myometrium with minimum number and size of blood vessel diameter and performing laparotomy in it. During laparotomy with the help of fingers of both hands, the surgeon is myometrium and the myomatic nodes found within the uterine incision are removed through the incision. Then palm and fingers of hand are pressed on the uterine bottom towards the incision, the size of which is simultaneously increased with the fingers of the other hand until the uterus comes out of the incision and the uterus is completely turned inside. Under visual and tactile control, eversion of the uterus is performed together with the myoma nodes arranged therein. Uterus is removed and removed through an internal uterine surface in turns, after removal of the last node of myoma and achievement of haemostasis in places of picked-up nodes by thumbs of both hands press on a uterus in a direction of a cut in it, and by other fingers of hands open edges of a cut and direct a uterus into an initial condition.

EFFECT: method enables reducing duration of anaesthesia and surgical operation, in points of picked-up nodes in middle and upper uterine segments provides preservation of serous membrane and outer layer myometrium, eliminates multiple wounds, surgical sutures, blood stains, inflammatory exudate and adhesions, higher safety of the uterine wall and genitourinary function of the uterus.
