FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in scientific and clinical practice in elaboration of conservative and operational methods of treatment of degenerative myopia. In zone of eye equator in experimental animals under conjunctiva in upper-external and upper-internal segments 1 time per 3 days introduced are 0.5 ml of solution of prolonged enzymatic preparation Longidase 3000 IU in combination with daily introduction into the same segments of 0.5 ml hypertonic 5% solution of sodium chloride.
EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of pathologic process reproduction, make model closer to course of natural pathology, reduce toxical-allergic reactions and reduce duration of modelling.
