SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to tube-rolling mill equipment. Mandrel holder head with unloading device comprises mandrel holder arranged inside inner bearing surface of the half of annular element 2 with outer cylindrical shape and cutout in sidewall. Tail part 52 of mandrel stem and annular element half are accommodated inside inner bearing surface, passing through said cutout. Annular element half has inner space, while second lengthwise side has lengthwise cutout accommodating second part of stem 51 that features smaller diametre that that of first part 52. Annular element half is axially divided into two cylindrical parts 21, 22 with different diametres. Locking elements 30, 31 of the half of annular element 2 retain it in mandrel holder bearing surface in operating conditions. Note here it allows releasing the stem axially in locking conditions.

EFFECT: ease of production and detachment of stem and mandrel holder head.
