FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for synthesis of tritium-labelled 2-phenyl substituted isoquinoline derivatives of general formula: , according to which isoquinoline undergoes a reaction for direct phenylation of a nitrogen atom with nucleogenic free phenyl cations. The source of pheny cations is a hexane solution twice titrated with benzene and the process is carried out in a closed system in the presence of a strong stabilising anion of potassium tetrafluoroborate.
EFFECT: novel single-step method for synthesis of tritium-labelled 2-phenyl substituted isoquinoline derivatives.
