SUBSTANCE: device for conversion of waste gas components of internal combustion engine with the help of at least one catalyst and/or particle filter, and/or particle trap and for levelling of relative movements between internal combustion engine and waste gas path and/or relative movements of different parts of waste gas path with the aid of at least one compensating pipe that allows relative movements. Note that at least one catalyst for waste gas components conversion and/or at least one particle filter and/or at least one particle trap is located inside the compensating pipe (20.1-20.8, 20.X, 20.Y, 20.Z) and/or inside the part of waste gas path that is integrated with compensating pipe (20.1-20.8, 20.X, 20.Y, 20.Z). The outer diametre of catalyst and/or particle filter and/or particle trap is less or equal to the inner diametre of compensating pipe (20.1-20.8, 20.X, 20.Y, 20.Z).
