FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: gas injector burner contains flame stabilising tunnel, refractory mixture, ten cylindrical agitators united by common welded gas distribution chamber, each agitator has four drilled orifices at an angle 25° to their axes. Ten agitators appear to be castings that represent in the upper part a pipe of 64 x 12 mm diametre and 340 mm long. The castings are made of heat-resistant cast iron by casting method according to the patterns. Also the burner contains the device for final mixing of gas-air mixture. The device comprises spreader made in a form of a cone, disk, sleeve and perforated hemisphere that are located in a bore of each agitator. Additionally, the burner has air consumption control device. The device consists of two steel ribs welded to the gas distribution chamber, regulator that has flanges at the ends and moves along the steel ribs controlling the consumption of air injected to the burner, four nuts and bolts for regulator attachment in relation to agitator holes. The spreader has peripheral holes at an angle 30° to agitator axis for gas-air mixture passing from the chamber of preliminary mixing. Also the disk has a hole in the centre, perforated hemisphere has attachment rim, bores of 2 mm diametre drilled in different directions (in staggered order) and it is welded to agitator front side, parts of the device for final gas-air mixture agitation: spreader, disk, sleeve, perforated hemisphere are made of heat-resistant cast iron "ЧХ" 28. The regulator has ten drilled holes of 44 mm diametre. The holes are coaxial with agitator bores. At the angles of the regulator there are four holes of 12 mm diametre, at the centre of the holes there welded are four nuts M 10. The device steel ribs have graduation marks.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining short flame, improvement of gas-air mixture agitation process, increase of burner service life.
