FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gas injection burner comprises a flame stabilizing tunnel, nine cylindrical mixers combined by a common welded cylindrical gas distribution chamber, in each mixer four nozzles are drilled at angle of 25° to their axes, casing welded to cylindrical gas-distributing chamber, into which refractory ramming mass is stuffed, at that, packing of casing with refractory ramming mass can be made outside of heat or melting unit, cast flame-stabilizing tunnel, which is put on bottom on casing and welded to it along perimeter. In the gas distribution chamber four peripheral mixers are welded together with nozzles, which have ribs on the inner surface and four mixers without nozzles, and in the centre there is a central mixer with internal ribs and a nozzle with internal ribs coaxial to the ribs of the central mixer. In the lower part of the nozzle there is an external thread, on which a tunnel-spreader is screwed, having a conic shape, with a smooth outer surface, on the inner surface ribs are cast, which at the end of the screwing process must coincide with the ribs of the central mixer, and with the ribs of the nozzle. Burner comprises device for controlling air flow of eight peripheral mixers.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the burner service life, improving the burner packing and lining process in the heat or melting unit, and controlling the air flow rate.
