FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gas injection burner comprises a flame-stabilising tunnel, refractory filling mass, 15 cylindrical mixers, combined by a common welded gas distribution chamber, in each mixer there are four nozzles drilled at the angle of 25° to their axes. The burner comprises a cylinder, welded to the cylindrical gas distribution chamber, which serves for fixation of the burner tunnel, where the refractory filling mass is filled, a cast flame-stabilising burner tunnel, which is placed on the cylinder, and is welded along the perimetre to it, the burner comprises a device for air flow control, besides, in the gas distribution chamber there is a central mixer installed in the centre with an attachment, and along its periphery there are eight mixers without attachments bent ends at the angle of 20 degrees and helical ribs cast on the inner surface in the end of the mixer, and between the central mixer located in the centre with the attachment and the peripheral mixers there are six mixers with ends bent at the angle of 15 degrees, besides, a disc is welded to the flame-stabilising burner tunnel and mixers, and the disc prevents direct heating of refractory filling mass and its fall in the process of burner operation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase operational reliability of a burner.
