Abstract RU 2527231 C1

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gas injection burner comprises a flame-stabilising tunnel, a refractory ramming mixture, nine cylindrical mixers, combined with a common welding gas distribution chamber, in each mixer there are four nozzles drilled at the angle 25° to their axes, a jacket welded to the cylindrical gas distribution chamber, where the refractory ramming mass is filled, a cast flame-stabilising tunnel, which is placed at the bottom onto the jacket and is welded to it along the perimeter, besides, in the gas distribution chamber there are eight peripheral mixers welded at its periphery with attachments, and in the centre there is a central mixer with an attachment, which has a conical shape, on the side surface of which there are forty holes drilled at the angle to the axis of the mixer, and in the middle part there is a splitter tunnel welded to it, in the end there is a plate welded with nine holes, besides, the burner comprises a device for adjustment of air flow of eight mixers.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase service life of a burner, to improve process of burner filling and lining in a thermal or melting unit, to adjust air flow.
