FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns gas burners and can be used for gas firing in boiler furnaces and industrial furnaces. A gas injector burner comprises a flame-stabilising tunnel, a ramming mixture, eight circular mixers integrated by a common welded gas distribution chamber. There are four nozzles drilled at the angle 25° to their axes in each mixer. The burner encloses a casing welded to the gas distribution chamber filled with the ramming mixture, the cast flame-stabilising tunnel encasing the gas distribution chamber and the casing, and is welded on perimetre to the gas distribution chamber. There are edges provided on the ends of the mixers in their central channel. The mixers and the flame-stabilising tunnel are made of heat-resistant cast iron.
EFFECT: invention allows improving service reliability of the burner due to lining of the burner in a thermal generating unit or melting facility.
