SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiation diagnosis, and can be used to calculate the dose of an antitumor drug in the performance of normothermic isolated lung chemoprefusion (NIHPL) and metastasectomy. For this purpose, the lung volume of the patient is determined by CT scan at the maximum inspiration, followed by the construction of 3D reconstruction of the lung. Further, using the average effective amount of the antitumor drug per unit volume of the lung, determined retrospectively by experiment, calculate the individual dose of the drug as the product of the volume of the lung and the average effective amount of the antitumor drug per unit volume of the lung.

EFFECT: method provides the calculation of an individual dose of an antitumor drug in patients with metastatic lung injury when performing this method of treatment and reducing the incidence of postoperfusion pulmonary edema.
