Also the method under the invention involves the introduction of 3-(4-amino- 1-oxo-1,3-dihydroisoindole-2-yl) piperidine-2,6-dione with the second active agent.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows higher clinical effectiveness for leukemia ensured by the introduction of specified level doses of 3-(4-amino- 1-oxo-1,3-dihydroisoindole-2-yl) piperidine-2,6-dione which enable the inhibition of tumour cell proliferation and exhibit low toxicity.
