FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing one- or multilayer fibrous workpieces using TFP-technology, and back-up layer from fibre strands. Proposed method consists in playing fibre strands to have them oriented along load direction and laid on back-up layer provided with separation layer. Then fibre strands are secured by fixing threads, particularly, by at least one top fixing thread and at least one bottom fixing thread to produce fibre workpiece of, in fact, whatever thickness. Proposed method comprises applying separating layer made up of thin-layer TFP-film onto said back-up layer and paying fibre workpiece on separating layer using TFP-technology. TFP-process over, fibre workpiece is fitted in fixing device and at least a part of fixing threads is melted in fixing device by heating. Now, back-up layer is separated from fibre workpiece. Note here that said back-up layer incorporates, at least, one separation layer made on least some of its sections from TFP-film.

EFFECT: fibre workpiece with optimum mechanical characteristics.
