FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: noise suppressor consists of conic cartridge out of porous material, of internal cylinder bushing coaxial with cartridge, and of inlet branch made in form of cover whereto internal cylinder bushing is rigidly secured. Also the cartridge is positioned with its bottom up and is connected to the cover of the branch by means of thread. In the internal bushing there are made orifices, axes of which are perpendicular to axis of the bushing. The noise suppressor is equipped with a piezoelectric generator and electron frequency metre. The piezoelectric generator corresponds to a membrane with a piezo element secured to it. The internal bushing has an additional orifice coaxial with the cartridge. The membrane of the piezoelectric generator is installed on this additional orifice. The first output of the piezo element is coupled with an information input of the electron frequency metre through the first decoupling element. Also the first output of the piezo element is coupled to the first output of a feeding input of the electron frequency metre via the second decoupling element, and to the first output of the condenser; while the second output of the piezo element is connected to the second output of the condenser and the second output of the feeding input of the electron frequency metre.

EFFECT: expanded process functionality due to measurement of frequency of sound pulses generated with pneumatic rotary engine.
