SUBSTANCE: first transfer for FSS user may be attached to subband selected for this user at least from one subband to the first frequency area of system pass band. The first transfer may be attached to fixed part or various parts of selected subband in various time intervals. The second transfer for FDS user may be attached to several subbands in the second frequency area of system pass band. The second transfer may be attached to various subbands or various blocks of resources in the second frequency area in various time intervals. Each time interval may correspond to period of symbol, time interval, subframe, etc. Frequency jump may be realised on the basis of fixed jump template or pseudo-random jump template.
EFFECT: improved noise immunity due to reduction of multipath propagation effect and increased signal-noise ratio.
