Besides, device comprises facility for selection of one of the following values: length L of coherent correlation interval and common interval ttot of registration, on the basis of at least one of the following parametres: size of cellular communication cell, speed and acceleration of adaptive control, number of participant devices of location measurement and desirable total frequency of false alarm signals appearance.
