SUBSTANCE: device comprises facility of signal registration within a time period tot, in which specified facility comprises correlator adapted to do combined coherent and incoherent correlation, in which length of coherent correlation interval equals L samples of signal, number of intervals of coherent correlation equals M, and result of coherent correlation is result of coherent correlation for each of M intervals of coherent registration, and facility of non-coherent summation of coherent correlation results. Besides, device comprises facility for selection of one of the following values: length L of coherent correlation interval and common interval ttot of registration, on the basis of at least one of the following parametres: size of cellular communication cell, speed and acceleration of adaptive control, number of participant devices of location measurement and desirable total frequency of false alarm signals appearance.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity and elimination of extra processing during movement of subscriber device.
