FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: hardware and software facilities that support services included into virtual network of access control are connected to already existing fixed network of data transfer; one or more basic stations are connected to geographically nearest point of access of specified fixed network of data transfer, and data is exchanged between user device, which is serviced by newly connected basic station, and destination unit, under control of services of created access control network. System of data transfer constructed in compliance with the above specified is also disclosed.
EFFECT: simplified deployment of wireless access networks.
