FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of dentistry, in particular to group of dental implants, intended for two-stage implantation in alveolar appendix. Implant has cylindrical form with titanium base, contains cavity for porous structure and canal for introduction of medications. Base is made in form of external spiral of thread-shaped form, which is fixed on three longitudinal ribs, placed inside spiral. Porous structure with pore size 150-300 mcm is placed inside spiral.
EFFECT: creation of conditions for successful growing of bone and soft tissues into implant due to more complete growing of bone tissue into porous internal structure and growing of soft tissues into porous superficial-volumetric structure in zone of alveolar appendix.
