SUBSTANCE: ink cartridge includes section of the first signal blocking, section of the second signal blocking and section of the third signal blocking. Section of the first signal blocking is either able to prevent passing of the first signal through it or to change path of the first signal passing, when the section of the first signal blocking receives the first signal, the section of the second signal blocking is either able to prevent passing of the second signal through it, or to change path of the second signal passing, when section of the second signal blocking receives the second signal, and section of the third signal blocking is able to either prevent passing of the second signal through it or to change path of the second signal passing, when section of the third signal blocking receives the second signal.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accurately define information on ink cartridge without regard to speed of cartridge installation by user into typing device and without regard to the fact whether the cartridge has been inserted and partially removed from typing device prior to its final installation.
