FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: complex can be used for processing parts by ultrasound. Proposed device comprises sonotrode 1 with its input connected with drive 5 that includes at least two ultrasound vibration units excited by ultrasound generator. Sonotrode front part has narrow and long processing surface 12, while its lateral part has at least one cutout 10 arranged between two ultrasound oscillation units. Note here that said sonotrode is made integral, from its processing surface 12 along direction Y of its height H, with recesses 6 accommodating drive 5, and to its rear flat surface 13 is approximately parallel to processing surface 12, on sonotrode input part opposite processing surface 12, and has that same length, but is wider than it. Note here that sonotrode outer surface is closed, except for at least one cutout 10 and holes 14 made on rear flat surface to allow access to recesses 6 of drive 5. Note also that total height of sonotrode is smaller than or equal to λ/2, where λ is length of wave oscillating in direction Y.
EFFECT: device allowing uniform surface processing.
