FIELD: ultrasonic welding of plastic.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combination of a sonotrode and a support for ultrasonic welding of plastic, preferably a plastic container obtained by blow molding and stretching, and to a method for making a plastic container, preferably a tube or a little tube containing at least one welded joint obtained by ultrasonic welding, and to a method for filling a plastic container. А combination of a sonotrode (1) and a support (20) comprises a surface (3) of a sonotrode / support and a first row of welding contact elements (4, 22) of a sonotrode / support, while the above first / second group of each of the above welding contact elements of a sonotrode / support from the first row (11) contains the first / second adapted side surface (12), that connects at least one part of the above first / second flat surface (9) to at least one part of the above side (5) of the sonotrode / support surface, while the said first / second adapted side surface (12) comprises a first / second curved surface (13) located between the said first / second flat surface (9) and the said first / second essentially rectilinear surface (14), in this case, the above first / second curved surface (13) has an arc convex to the outside. The welding contact element (4) is located relative to the above welding contact element (22) of the support so that the above welding contact element (4) of the sonotrode is located during welding next to the above welding contact element (22) of the support and is designed to form at least one part of the weld.
EFFECT: invention provides a combination of a sonotrode and a support for efficient welding of plastic layers.
