FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air purification of harmful substances, namely of formaldehyde and ammonia. Proposed method comprises forcing air through biologically active adsorbent representing a mix of zeolite with ammonia-containing chips, mix weight ratio making 1:(3-4). Ammonia-containing chips represent chips produced by processing with 1%-solution of spirit of ammonia or chips processed in air purification of ammonia.
EFFECT: higher quality of purification.
