Abstract RU 2407807 C2

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: there is melted steel containing wt %: Si 2.5-4.0, C 0.02-0.10, AI 0.01-0.065, N 0.003-0.015. There is performed secondary metallurgical treatment of melt metal in a ladle furnace and/or vacuum installation, continuous casting, dividing strip to flat work pieces, heating them to 1050-1300°C, conditioning during 60 min, continuous rolling flat work pieces and producing hot-rolled strip of 0.5-4.0 mm thickness. Further, hot rolled strip is cooled, wound into a coil, and cold rolled producing a strip of 0.15-0.50 mm. The cold rolled strip is annealed with re-crystallisation and de-carbonisation by means of an annealing separator. Re-crystallised and de-carbonised cold rolled strip is finally annealed forming Goss texture.

EFFECT: strip of high quality with optimal electromagnetic properties.
