FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: system of automatic supply of raw material (ASRM) consists of main aero-chute connected to unit of unloading of near-case bin of alumina, and of distributing aero-chutes facilitating transport of raw material from main aero-chute to hopper of alumina installed on cathode case of electrolyser. A flow metering device of a valve type by means of a supplying pipe connected to a gas collecting bell is arranged in the hopper of alumina. A punch for electrolytic crust is mounted on an anode jacket of the electrolyser. The main and distributing aero-chutes are made of sections of interconnected aero-chutes. For air supply the aero-chutes are equipped with blowing complexes furnished with a centrifugal ventilation aggregate and with the block of control over raw material transporting (ASRM) facilitating control over pressure in a blowing cavity of the aero-chutes and over efficiency of alumina transporting system. The flow metering device of fluoride salts is coupled with the gas collecting bell by means of a supplying tube.

EFFECT: automatic supply of raw material into aluminium electrolysers, reduced expenditures for alumina transporting, increased process and ecological indices of electrolyser operation.
