FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns non-ferrous metallurgy. Particularly, it concerns facility for bulk cargo feeding into electrolyser with top current contact jaw to self-baking anode. Facility contains bin, affixed to anodic casing of electrolyser, valvate-type feeder, joined to bin, and co-axial located relative to feeder punch of electrolytic scum with rod and driver. Bin is affixed with clearance to anodic casing of electrolyser and is outfitted by box, implemented in the form of truncated socket and joined to its bottom part and mounted slantwise implemented section of electrolyser gas-collecting alloying basket. In bottom part of bin and in the feeder body there are windows for regulation of travel and state of punch rod insulation unit. Back wall of bin is outfitted by protecting screen and heat-removing ribs, located relative to each other on-the-miter less than 90°. Feeder is implemented in the form of tube with ability of volume regulation by replaceable insert of different thickness, affixed to ribs, centering rod relative to tube, and allows top and bottom valves, at that top edge of top valve of feeder is implemented with beveled on top and at the bottom. Charging nose section of bin is outfitted by grid in a form of sleeve, and top wall of bin from nose section is implemented as inclined with forming of obtuse angle. Facility is outfitted by valves for discharge of excessive pressure in bin at charging of bulk material, implemented in the form of rectangular windows and outfitted by filter element. It is provided reliability growth of facility operation and improving of ecological factors of electrolyser operating.
