FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to automatic supply of raw material to electrolysis units for obtainment of aluminium with upper current lead and self-baking anode for their feeding with aluminum silicate and salt fluorides. The system contains the main aeroflow conveyor connected by one end to unit of aluminum silicate unloading from nearhousing silo, and by the other end - to distributing aeroflow conveyor connected to bin of aluminum silicate automatic feeding module, punch of aluminum silicate automatic feeding module with a stock and a drive, bin of fluorides automatic feeding module, air supply system. Bins of aluminum silicate automatic feeding module are installed on anode bus stands, inclined part of the bin of aluminum silicate automatic feeding module is protected by facing material with friction coefficient less than aluminum silicate friction coefficient, and punch of aluminum silicate automatic feeding module is equipped with two stages of electrical insulation. Air supply system includes high-pressure radial fans, mechanical valves and header, satellite pipeline and pressure pickup. Bin of fluorides automatic feeding module is installed on anode casing.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of operation, reduction of used equipment quantity, saving of costs on manufacturing, mounting and servicing of the system.
