FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for surgical treatment of prolepsis contains hollow elongated case, which passes in main direction along longitudinal axis, is made with possibility of introduction into hole and has through window. Through window limits intervention area and provides communication between internal cavity of elongated case and part of prolepsis. Mobile wall limits window together with elongated case and is installed with possibility of sliding ensuring opening and/or closing of through window between configurations of its minimal and maximal length. Device contains means of blocking, which acts between mobile wall and elongated case ensuring stable maintenance of through window in configuration of minimal length during elongated case insertion.
EFFECT: fast least traumatising intervention is performed.
