SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used in case of alteration of organs and vessels. In method of performing surgical procedure provided is device for application of surgical apparatus, which contains tube with longitudinal axis between ends and rod of pusher with cap. Cap is connected with distal end of pusher rod. Restricting element is located on pusher rod from proximal side of said cap. Pusher rod is located in said tube in such way that cap is located on distal side from distal end of tube and is tightened with spring to said end. Extended medical device in distal end of tube between restricting element and cap. Tube is moved in proximal direction with respect to pusher rod for specified distance in such way as to turnaround distal end of said device, cap remains tightened in direction of tube. Tube is moved in proximal direction with respect to pusher rod for second specified distance in such way as to turn round proximal end of extended medical device.

EFFECT: during application of device improved control is ensured.
