FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in surgical practice. Trocar contains cannula. On external surface of acnnula at 19-21 mm distance from its end made is longitudinal guide for interaction with scalpel tip during extension of trocar wound. Guide is made in form of groove with the following dimensions: depth - 2 mm, width - 2 mm and length - 6-9 cm. Projecting edges of groove are rounded and smoothly pass into cannula wall.

EFFECT: invention ensures accurate, low-traumatising, convenient and reliable extension of trocar wound strictly on white line of abdomen for removal of ablated tissues for abdominal cavity in case of laparoscopic operations.
