FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery and can be used in carrying out laparoscopic cholecystectomy. For this purpose umbilical incision is made for laparoscope introduction. After that additionally iliac incision is made above iliac bone wing between anterior and middle axillary lines on the right. Through umbilical incision additionally introduced are working instruments, through iliac incision - two locking clips.
EFFECT: method is simple in technical implementation, does not require additional endoscopic equipment and instruments, except standard set of instruments for carrying out laparoscopic cholicystectomy, is easily repeated, is applicable in people of various body type, has rather good cosmetic effect, reduces frequency of post-operation ventral hernias in placed of abdominal wall incisions, reduces probability of injuring round liver ligament.
