FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Preoperative period involves ultrasonography of the anterior abdominal wall. Insertion point of the first port is localized so that the trocar passes through the right abdominal rectus muscle at 2 cm in the lateral direction from its medial edge. Transrectal approach is performed. After laparoscopic cholecystectomy biological implant is installed with dimensions 5×4 cm into the previously formed retromuscular space without fixation with extending beyond the trocar wound edge by 2 cm.
EFFECT: method enables preventing trocar hernia formation following laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the patients with diastasis rectus abdominis muscle and obesity, reducing a rate of developing infectious complications of the wound.
