FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to surgery, and can be used in thoracic, abdominal surgery and urology for placing complex configuration catheters in the pleural and abdominal cavities, as well as in the bladder. A reusable trocar containing a stylet with a diameter of 4.0 mm and a length of 100.0 mm with thickened upper and lower ends, the free end of which is made in the form of a trihedral tip is presented. To the opposite end of the stylet, a round support platform for the split sleeve is connected and placed perpendicular to its axis. A handle in the form of an elongated teardrop-shaped loop is connected to the support platform coaxially with the stylet. The trocar contains a detachable sleeve consisting of the lower and upper halves of the tube with a diameter of 10.0 mm, having a detachable fixation unit at the base in the form of strips with ends rounded on one side, perpendicular to the axes of these halves and made with a length exceeding the thickness of these halves. The sections of the strips adjacent to the rounded ends have a length of 10.0 mm and a width of 16.0 mm, and holes with a diameter of 3.0 mm are made in the rounded ends for a bolt connecting both halves of the sleeve with a rod with a diameter of 3.0 mm, length 7.0 mm and with a 6.0 mm diameter hex head and 4.0 mm height. The ends of the said strips opposite to the rounded ends are bent. The end of the strip of the lower half of the sleeve is bent in the form of a groove with a radius of 1.5 mm and a perimeter of 230° of the circle, the end of the strip of the upper half of the sleeve is bent completely to the surface of the strip, and at the base of this half there is a rectangular bracket 2.0 mm long, 6.0 mm wide and 4.0 mm high. The portions of the strips adjacent to the bent ends are 10.0 mm long and 7 mm wide.

EFFECT: simplification of assembly of the device and increase in the reliability of the structure.
