SUBSTANCE: surgical fastening element contains base and bioabsorbable material. Base has external surface and one of or combination of hollows, projections, rifflings, dead holes, through holes, cuts, cones, pockets, prominences, grooves, incisions, rough or etched surface or coating from alloy, which increases adhesive bond. Bioabsorbable material covers entire base or its part and is fastened to external surface of base by means of one or more of hollows, projections, rifflings, dead holes, through holes, cuts, cones, pockets, prominences, grooves, incisions, rough or etched surface or coating from alloy, which increases adhesive bond. Base contains non-bioabsorbable metal or non-bioabsorbable highly strong plastic. Surgical fastening element is selected from group, consisting of screws, canulated screws, suture fixers, fixers for bones, sprigs, buttons, bolts, nails and brackets. Surgical implanted device, selected from group, which includes rods, plates and wires, contains base and bioabsorbable material. Base has external surface and one of or combination of hollows, projections, rifflings, dead holes, through holes, cuts, cones, pockets, prominences, grooves, incisions, rough or etched surface or coating from alloy, which increases adhesive bond. Bioabsorbable material covers entire base or its part and is fastened to external surface of base by means of one or more of hollows, projections, rifflings, dead holes, through holes, cuts, cones, pockets, prominences, grooves, incisions, rough or etched surface or coating from alloy, which increases adhesive bond. Base contains non-bioabsorbable metal or non-bioabsorbable highly strong plastic. Surgical screw contains base, head and bioabsorbable material. Base has external surface, elongated body and means of fastening for mechanical fastening of bioabsorbable material to external surface. Head contains proximal surface, in fact, perpendicular to longitudinal axis of screw body. Said body projects from said head in distal direction and ends with distal end. Head contains one or more grooves in said proximal surface. Base contains non-bioabsorbable metal or non-bioabsorbable highly strong plastic. Bioabsorbable material covers entire base or its part and is fastened to external surface of base by fastening means. At least one part of external surface of bioabsorbable material forms thread. Surgical fastening element contains partly bioabsorbable screw, bioabsorbable material, ring and washer. Partly bioabsorbable screw contains base and head. Base has external surface, elongated body and means of fastening for mechanical fastening of bioabsorbable material to external surface of base. Head has first external diametre and contains proximal surface, which, in fact, is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of screw body. Body projects from head in distal direction and ends with distal end. Head contains one or more grooves in said proximal surface. Base contains non-bioabsorbable metal or non-bioabsorbable highly strong plastic. Bioabsorbable material has external surface and covers entire base or its part and is fastened to external surface of base by fastening means. At least part of external surface of bioabsorbable material forms thread and has external thread diametre. Ring has second external diametre and is fixed around screw body near head but is distant from head along screw body. Second external diametre is smaller than first external diametre and larger than external thread diametre. Washer has thickness, hole of first internal diametre and "claws". Washer is connected to partly bioabsorbable screw in detachable way. Washer thickness is smaller than distance along screw body. First internal diametre is larger than external thread diametre and smaller than second external diametre. "Claws" are located on circumference around said hole and possess sufficient flexibility to pass washer through ring. Upper surface of washer faces head, lower surface is provided with multiple projections. Surgical sprig contains base, head and bioabsorbable material. Base has external surface, elongated body and hole, extending on its entire length from proximal surface to distal end, means of fastening for mechanical fastening of bioabsorbable material to external surface of base. Head contains proximal surface which is, in fact, perpendicular to longitudinal axis of sprig body. Sprig body projects from said head in distal direction and ends with distal end. Base contains non-bioabsorbable metal or non-bioabsorbable highly strong plastic. Bioabsorbable material covers entire base or its part and is fastened to external surface of base by fastening means.
EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of separation of bioabsorbable components from non-bioabsorbable base.
