SUBSTANCE: following diagnostics is carried out: visual examination of the patient to detect asymmetries in the body and palpation of the patient's body to determine the stressed zones of the muscular-fascial system. The stage of primary massage of the stressed zones identified during the diagnostics is carried out. The centers of the stressed zones are determined and pressed until the patient feels pain. On inspiration, the direction of movement of the centers of the stressed zones is monitored and the centers of the stressed zones are stretched in the direction of their movement when the patient holds his/her breath. Next, the patient takes an additional breath with a full exhalation at its ending. The stage of massaging the projection zone of the reticular activating system in the head and neck area is carried out. The stage of massaging the projection zone of the heart in the chest area is carried out. The patient is asked to assess the presence of any residual stresses. In case of stress, repeated massage is performed starting from the stage of primary massage of the stressed zone. In the absence of stress, the session ends.

EFFECT: method provides increased effectiveness of relaxation of the patient's body due to diagnostics, primary study of the stress zones, study of the projection zone of the reticular activating system, study of the projection zone of the heart.
