FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of ionising radiation detectors in computer-aided tomography, radio electronics and laser equipment. Ammonium paratungstate or ammonium paramolybdate is mixed with a carbonate or nitrate of a bivalent metal. The mixture is heated to 400-600°C with microwave radiation at frequency 2.45 GHz for 5-15 minutes and the cooled to room temperature.
EFFECT: invention increases purity of the end product and reduces power consumption for production of the end product.
