SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce starting materials for growing crystals. Tungsten or molybdenum trioxide is mixed with a bivalent metal and heated to 600-800°C with microwave radiation at frequency 2.45 GHz for 0.12-0.3 hours.
EFFECT: invention shortens synthesis time and lowers power consumption for synthesis.
