FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: heavy gas-oil of catalytic cracking at amount of 23-30% per source raw material is added to source material including mixture of tar with residue of viscosity breaking at ratio 2.5:1. Produced raw material mixture is heated to temperature 280-320°C and is supplied downward of rectifying column where it is heated to temperature 360-380°C; simultaneously it is refined with re-circulate of heavy gas-oil of coking at amount of 10-30% per produced raw material mixture. Further, raw material mixture is supplied into a furnace for heating to temperature of coking 485-505°C and sent to a coking reactor. Amount of re-circulate of heavy gas-oil of coking coming downward of the rectifying column is controlled by changing temperature of distillate products of coking flowing from the reactor or by changing place of input of raw material mixture into the rectifying column.
EFFECT: increased output of oil coke.
