FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, in particular, to a method of producing high-quality oil needle coke for electrode industry. Method involves preparation of feedstock by mixing heavy pyrolysis resin and heavy gasoil of catalytic cracking in ratio of (1:10)–(10:1) and carrying out shallow visbreaking with high flavouring of feedstock at pressure 0.4-1.0 MPa and temperature 460–490 °C for 15–25 minutes, production of secondary raw material by mixing of obtained initial raw materials and gas oil of coking, which content in secondary raw materials is 10–30 %, heating of secondary raw material in furnace of delayed coking to temperature of 500–520 °C at pressure of 3.0–4.5 MPa, supply of secondary raw materials to coking chamber, coking by means of three reactors operating in parallel circuit with alternate loading of raw material, and obtaining of needle coke and coking distillate, which is supplied to lower part of rectification column for fractionation. At that, the gasoline fraction vapours and gaseous cracking products of the starting material obtained in the rectification column are condensed and collected in a collecting container, from where part of gasoline fraction is fed for irrigation of upper tray of rectification column, another part is supplied into feed stream as turbulence promoter of visbreaking furnace, and gases from collection vessel are cleaned from sulphur compounds with solution of alkali and diverted to fuel network.
EFFECT: invention increases output of needle coke with high operating properties, as well as production of additional products in form of gasoline and fuel gas.
