FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of frame where there are mounted drive of reciprocal travel, sample holder, abrasive material and loading unit. Additionally, the installation consists of a tensometric detector, of an analogue-digital converter, of a computer and of a set of loads for the test. The drive of reciprocal travel corresponds to an engine via belt transmission coupled with the reciprocal mechanism; by means of a fixture the latter is coupled with a horizontal travelling carriage whereon there is mounted the tested sample holder. The tensometric detector is attached to the holder; a signal from the detector is transmitted to the computer via the amplifier of the ADC; also the holder has a screw clamp changing angle of tested sample setting. Increasing or decreasing loads tested sample loading can be changed from beneath and top by means of the loading unit; also, abrasive material flows under gravity force from a tank into the loading unit.
EFFECT: upgraded degree of proximity of sample test conditions to real conditions of operation.
