FIELD: processing volume-acoustic-wave radio signals. SUBSTANCE: proposed delay line that may be found useful for broad-band communication systems, radar and electronic countermeasures systems, and also for various calibrators including radar range and altimeter calibrators has three-arm circulator and sound conductor built around piezoelectric crystal one of whose faces mounts radiating and ultrasound-receiving piezoelectric transducer; input signal is passed to delay line via first arm of circulator whose second arm is loaded into piezoelectric transducer and third arm functions as delay line output; piezoelectric transducer mounted on upper face of sound conductor is made in the form of interdigital transducer; one part of face opposite to transducer is made in the form of concave acoustic mirror and its other part is coated with sound-absorbing material. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, simplified design. 4 dwg
