It can be utilized in wide-band communication systems and countermeasures equipment. Given SHF delay line on volume acoustic waves includes acoustic line incorporating piezocrystal whose upper face carries input and output piezoconverters of interdigitated converter type and lower face of acoustic line is re-reflecting face. Section of surface of lower re-reflecting face is ellipsoidal. Centers of input and output piezoconverters on upper face of acoustic line are located in focus points of ellipsoidal section of surface of lower re-reflecting face.
