FIELD: electronic engineering; controlling temperature of radio equipment dissipating high power in their operation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has thin-walled metal bowl filled with working material whose melting point is same as control temperature of radio equipment component. Radio equipment component is mounted on top surface of thin-walled bowl and held in direct heat contact with working material; connected to bottom surface of thin-walled metal bowl through its heat-absorbing junction is thermoelectric battery that has several series-connected sections of thermoelectric elements. Heat-dissipating junction of thermoelectric battery is brought in heat contact with air heat sink. Thin-walled metal bowl filled with working material accommodates temperature sensors whose quantity equals number of sections of thermoelectric battery elements. They are electrically connected to input of control device whose output is electrically connected to thermoelectric battery. Electrical connection between control device and thermoelectric battery provides for series connection or disconnection of any section of thermoelectric elements. Heat insulation is provided to minimize impact of ambient temperature fluctuations.

EFFECT: enhanced precision of temperature control.
