FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in feeding waste gases into exhaust pipe accommodating coiled heat exchanger for air from condenser-cleaner fitted at the end of exhaust pipe and partially filled with water to be forced through. Water, on flowing through heat exchanger, is heated to the state of superheated steam flowing into exhaust pipe to react with fuel incomplete combustion products. Resulted steam-gas mix flows into condenser-cleaner for steam to be condensed and steam-bound gas combustion products to be precipitated. Now, purified gases are emitted into atmosphere.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of purification.
